The villa is situated on a plot of approximately 3,000 square metres, in the countryside but near the sea.  
It has a large private swimming pool with diving board, surrounded by greenery, with a large solarium equipped with sunbeds.  
There is an outdoor shower and a relaxation area in front of the pool, furnished with outdoor loungers.  
A large garden surrounds the entire house and a covered terrace with a dining table allows you to have lunch and dinner outdoors.  
There is a second outdoor shower and a laundry room with a washing machine.  
There is a column for charging electric cars.  
The villa has 4 reserved parking spaces inside the property.

This welcoming villa offers newly renovated interiors (2024), bright and finely furnished in a modern and essential style.

The living area, which overlooks the pool area and the rear terrace, is a unique environment with a lounge, smart TV and dining table.
