Quiet but not remote, located in one of the most panoramic landscape in Italy. The farmhouse from the 10th century was recently restored in a typical medieval natural stone design. The location gives its guests peace and natural experiences in its purity with grandiose panoramic view. This generously furnished apartment is the house’s source of pride. As the winter residence of its owner, the artist Cristiana Mewes, it reveals a special charm and a positive radiance thanks to the interior design and the various artworks. The apartment extends itself over the house’s entire first floor and its distinguishing feature is definitely the huge roof-terrace with sunroof, outdoor fireplace & BBQ, which allows a 180° panorama-view on the surrounding hills. It was elaborately renovated in typical Tuscan style and comfortably hosts up to 8 guests. The apartment’s living space counts 120m², protruding with a wide super-equipped kitchen and dining room, a big living room with a grand open fireplace, three large bedrooms and a bathroom (WC, bidet, hair-dryer, bathtub with shower) .
