The staff at this charming hotel are AMAZING! They worked really hard to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. This is more like a bed and breakfast, but the family room is more like a small apartment with two separate bed rooms. This is a little out of the way, but such a great place to stay.

Great find!
The building is fairly new and very nice with large rooms. The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

Super excellent
I would recommend this hotel to every relative and friends. The staff and owners were super friendly with us and with our baby boy. They were always ready to keep up with the our needs d our baby's even when it came to warm up a bottle.

Nice hotel, the Onwer is very nice.
They gave us a room with a balcony. It is a small hotel in a small town sonit is very quiet. Would come here again.

the owner is a very nice guy. he helped out for everything and tons of info to what to do in the area. there 's no eggs in breakfast. room decoration and layout is a little out of date.

We arrived later than expected, but the owner was very understanding. The surroundings are just amazing. The rooms very clean nice decorated. The beds very comfortable. The place very quiet. A pleasure to stay. Breakfast enough and delicious, but not stellar. Price was good for the location. I would definitely book it again.

Beware
My complaint is in ref. to our Hotels.com reservation No. 8001520668846. We reserved a single room for one night in hotel Garni Biancavene in Ruffre outside of Bolzano, Italy on September 29th, 2014. Since we never received a confirmation from the Hotels.com, we called the hotel directly. The man at the hotels desk did not speak English. When we arrived in Bolzano, around 9pm, we called several times to confirm our reservation and to get the directions, but nobody from the hotel wanted to talk to us. Finally, after 2 hours we arrived at the hotel, which is at 1,350 meters above the sea level and 23km from Bolzano, not 12km as shown in your description. The hotel doors were shut, nobody unswered the door bell or phone calls, and we did not know the key pad code. When we returned to Bolzano all hotels we checked were booked or closed. We end up sleeping in our car. We were charged for one night, but after we filed this complain, Hotel.com never responded.

We were unlucky enough to be unwell during our stay, the staff were so helpful, getting medical attention.

Hier war soweit alles in Ordnung. Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Vergleich zum Rest unserer Reise passt Preis/ Leistung hier nicht mehr. Das Personal war aber sehr nett.

Très bel B&B. Le propriétaire est très gentil, à l'écoute et serviable. Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux. Petit déjeuner copieux avec produits locaux .

Het is een bed en breakfast. De kamers zijn goed schoon. De ontvangst van de dame is pover op het onvriendelijke af. Na een paar dagen herkende zij ons niet eens bij binnenkomst en vroeg of wij nieuwe gasten waren?? De eigenaar is wel vriendelijk en probeert zijn best te doen. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig met heel veel zoete dingen. Het incasseren van de nota 5 dagen voor aankomst is wel teveel van het goede. De eigenaar zei dat hij dit wel moest doen omdat hij nog een stapel niet betaalde rekeningen had.met name van mensen buiten Europa heb ik begrepen.en daarom angstig was dat wij dan ook niet de middelen hebben om te betalen..

The hotel and the rooms are not the best(the rooms are really small however it is clean and the decorations are really nice) but the owner of the hotel was the nicest!

Einfaches Hotel mit Bergblick
Gutes und günstiges Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist etwas spartanisch. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich. Kinderbett war kostenfrei.

Danke für den Kommentar, wir bedauern, dass das Frühstück war nicht zufriedenstellend für sie, aber unser Frühstück ist ein reichhaltiges "kontinentales" Frühstück, aber mit Salami, Käse, Joghurt, Orangen und Apfelsäfte, Butter, Marmeladen, Croissants, Brot, Nutella, hausgemachte Kuchen und Torten ...
