Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC??

"The hotel charged me for the room even though I had paid on Expedia. When I contacted them for a refund, they asked for my bank info and said that would be the fastest.
