One of the queen beds was so worn out that two sharing it slumped to the middle. The room was smoky smelling. we had to spray air freshener, daily. The staff is great, friendly and attentive. The breakfast is great. Hotel needs maintenance.

I stayed the week before this trip and everything was great but this time when I stayed the room they put me in had a bad smell and the toilet seat looked like it had been patched I don’t know how you patch a toilet seat but they did and also this morning after working a 12 hour shift they had already locked me out of my room and check out time is 11 am I got in at 6:30 am so I had to get another key so this trip wasn’t so pleasant

Room 119 has severe water damage. The ceiling was covered with mildew, the room smelled awful and we're came away with some kind of respiratory infection. Also, the TV was having problems all night. It kept going on and off. Everything else seemed fine.

The property was the only acceptable one in Mineola, Texas. However, the tub shower combo had peeling white paint on the tub and a rusty tub bottom. The shower mat would not stay secure and slipped around when showering. Also, the refrigerator leaked all over, which was taken care of by staff, but the irritating gurgling sound coming from it occurred 24 hrs. a day and night and was not fixed.

Nice property for a small town. Nice & quiet. Found the king bed to be very comfortable. Good breakfast selection. Do be careful in bath tub. The bottom is very slippery.. Definitely would stay in hotel again.

We stayed here 3 nights due to a storm causing a power outage. They were extremely accommodating. The rooms were clean, the pool was great, the staff was amazing! Complimentary breakfast was wonderful every time!!

There was no outside lights so you could not see. Safety issue.
