"The hotel didn't know we were coming they could find our reservation. Finally found our reservation. "I would have given it 10 out of 10 if it wasn't the lack of hot water during my husband shower when it was 2 degrees outside. He had to get out wet and have a shower in another apartment as there was no one to fix the issue at the time.
