"We loved the place so much we booked it again. The dock was so awesome you’re on the lake all the time. They provided kayaks for all ages. My 8 year old was able to go out and have fun with his older brother and cousin. We caught a bunch of fish and the property is beautiful. We had fun inside with the foosball table and had a great meal with the awesome kitchen. Would definitely recommend."

"Stayed memorial day weekend. Place was clean and stock with all the amenities needed. Perfect size for 2. AC worked good and kept place nice and cool. Bed was not great but not to bad. Covered patio was nice and shaded with a good ceiling fan and right by the water which allowed us to fish in comfort. It was a great weekend getaway,Well worth the price. We will be back again."

The locations to the sites we seen was perfect so nothing was a far drive but we were still in a peaceful location. Of particular note: the kitchen was very well stocked with equipment; the lounge areas were very comfortable; the beds were also very comfortable; the pool was a little chilly, but in April I did not expect any different, but fantastic; and the grounds offer a lot of space. "Our only complaint (besides driving through Dallas lol) was the dock is small ,uncovered and needs work but we were still able to catch some nice catfish from there and from the shore. The house is nice and comfortable with two decks and plenty of windows."
