This pretty studio of about 38m² for 2 people is located in the residence of "Trois Iles" on the 1st floor with elevator. It is ideally located opposite the Pointe du Conguel and close to shops.  
  
It consists of:  
\- An entrance with cupboard,  
\- A lounge/living room with sofa bed, table, chairs, TV,  
\- An equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, 3-burner induction hob, hood, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle),  
\- A shower room with washing machine and toilet.  
  
Balcony facing the sea and facing south with garden furniture and stunning views of the islands of Houat and Beautiful island at sea. Accommodation equipped with duvets. Parking in the residence. Non-smoking. Pets not allowed.  
  
Drinks included except from 24 May to 27 September \[hidden\].  
Optional: end of stay cleaning at 70 €. Linen rental, childcare equipment, minibox wifi.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:  
\- High chair rental : 15 €.
