Beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view of Belle-ile-En-Mer, approximately 57m² for 2 people located on the 3rd and last floor of the Residence with elevator “Ker Avel”. Close to all amenities.  
  
He understands :  
\- An entrance,  
\- A living room with sofa, table, chairs and TV,  
\- An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster),  
\- A bathroom,  
\- A bedroom with a double bed (to come) and cupboards.  
\- Separate WC.  
  
Large south-facing loggia with a view of the Grande Plage de Quiberon.  
Private garage n°202 in the residence. Small animal allowed with supplement (5€/day).   
Staircase (6 steps) in front of the residence to access the elevator.  
  
Consumption package extra (50€/week) except from May 23 to September 26, 2026.  
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning at €114\. Rental of linen, childcare equipment, wifi minibox.
