He understands : \- An entrance, \- A living room with sofa, table, chairs and TV, \- An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster), \- A bathroom, \- A bedroom with a double bed (to come) and cupboards. \- Separate WC.
