### QUIBERON - Villa 3 rooms - 63m² - Port-Haliguen

Superb completely renovated house of about 63m² for 4 people ideally located near Port-Haliguen, the large beach and the city center.   
  
It consists of:  
\- an entry,   
\- a living room with 140cm sofa bed, table, chairs and TV,   
\- a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, 4-burner induction hob, fridge + freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),  
\- independent toilets,  
  
Upstairs:  
\- Two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed and storage space,   
\- a bathroom with toilet.  
  
A pleasant south facing garden with furniture and awning-banne completes this property. Private parking n°9 in the residence. Accommodation equipped with duvets. Pets refused. Local bike common.   
  
Drinks included except from 24 May to 27 September 2025.  
Optional: end of stay cleaning at 105€. Linen rental, childcare equipment, minibox wifi.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Positif: Grand, bien agencé, très bien équipé, parking pratique, localisation centrale idéale pour vadrouiller à pieds ou à vélo. Négatif: proximité immédiate des voisins de jardin; manque d'informations pratiques. Un guide d'accueil serait très utile.
