Magnificent 3 room apartment of about 70m² for 6 people with sea view ideally located in front of the marina "Port-Haliguen" in the residence "Les Pavois". Beach 50m and shops 800m.   
  
It includes:   
  
\- A living room/lounge (not blackout) with sofa, armchairs, table, chairs and TV,  
\- An open and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob 4 fires, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster),   
\- A bedroom with a bed of 160cm (2x80cm), storage and access to the balcony sea view,   
\- A room with sea view composed of a bunk bed (2x90cm), a cot and storage,   
\- A bathroom,   
\- Separate toilet.   
  
A pleasant balcony facing north-west overlooking the port completes this property. Private parking #117 in the residence. Common bike room. Accommodation equipped with duvets and blankets.   
Drinks included except from 24 May to 27 September 2025\.
