This pretty 2 rooms renovated in sea front for 4 persons is located on the first floor, door 58, in the residence with elevator "Les 3 iles", beside the "Thalassothérapie", of the "Pointe du Conguel" and only 150m the first beach.

It includes:
- Entry,
- Living room with sofa bed of the 140cm large and TV,
- Equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, cooking plate, microwave, dishwasher),
- Bedroom with bed of the 160cm large,
- Bathroom with washing machine and toilets,
- Toilets separated.

Balcony south exposition with garden furniture. WIFI.
Parking on the residence. Animals not allowed.

Electric and water usage in extra charge excepted from the 24th of May to 27th of september 2025.
Optional: end-of-stay cleaning 110€. Linen supply, nursery equipment.
