I recently stayed at Hotel Casa Inn in Querretaro and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and modern. I loved their 1pm check-out option, which allowed for a more relaxed morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Querretaro.

El hotel me parece bien, pero deben cuidar la limpieza profunda, al menos de vez en cuando; hay un mini bar en la habitación y a un costado se precia mucha suciedad al igual que debajo del vidrio del mueble donde esta la televisión. Toallas Muy viejas y de mala apariencia. Television pequeña y sin acceso a apss.

La presión del agua era demasiado baja y el inodoro estaba atascado. El desagüe estaba atascado y las toallas parecían trapos.

Convenient location, cozy bed, rude staff, nobody speaks English weak shower with leaks, disappointing breakfast. Breakfast waiter Jaun Salazar practically made every morning miserable for us, he should not be working with people.

Room 205 smelled like sewage the whole night. At first we thought it was just a temporal Smell but it was a nauseating smell that lasted until we left this morning at 5:30am

Great experience
We really enjoyed our stay. The facility was clean and appeared up to date. Staff was very friendly and helped with transportation arrangements. The most impressive part of our stay is when several staff members helped us look for an item our grandson had lost. This was very caring of them. If ever back in the area, i would stay here again!

We very much like this hotel but did have a disturbing incident. Our room had an adjoining door to the next room. Some time after checking in we heard sounds coming from the adjoining room. Suddenly the door opened and then was quickly closed from the other side. I checked the door by opening it and when I looked at the door itself it appeared that it had a deadbolt drilled for at the base but there was no deadbolt. I reported all this to the front desk. They said security checked the other room and it unrented and empty. We of course were very concerned.

Great hotel bring snacks
the hotel was great. I was told there was a shuttle, but there wasn’t, but they got me a taxi paid for the breakfast to be included with room. That was a waste of money. They only had a couple of things and food wasn’t that good really

Used to be great but now not so much....
I usually stay at this hotel when I come to Queretaro for business because it is really close to my office. However, this time around the cleaning service was very lacking. I stayed for one week and on three different occasions the the cleaning lady did not leave any towels. On two, she left no coffee. The showers desperately need to be maintained as the shower heads spray water all over the place. The towels need to be replaced also as they are extremely worn and old. Not sure if I will be staying here again....
