Bug! Bug! Bed sheets & pillows dirty! Over Priced!
1. There were a lot of bugs in the room; we had to kill the bugs continuously!
2. Bed sheets and pillows were very dirty with bad smiles and hair, they did not change!
3. Cannot see landlord or rental office staff, if you came in late or leave early, so no chance to ask refund.
4. When we reported to Expida, the rental office staff refused to refund for the poor quality dirty room with over $655 for 2 nights. So we had to keep fighting.
5. I had over 65 pictures of bugs -- only part of them, if you would like to see, we could share. Ask Expidia to tell us how to attach the pictures.
6. Some cookware's handles need to replace and repair; otherwise it's easy to hurt your hand.
7. For a room with over $328 rate per night, the bed sheets and pillow's quality should be much better than what they are using now, current sheets and pillow have very poor quality masteries, and you will feel very uncomfortable.
8. We paid over $655 for 2 night stay, we expected a clean and comfortable bed, however, we got a very dirty room with over 50 bugs each night, and dirty bed sheets and dirty smile pillow.
9. We asked landlord to refund 1 night for free due to the poor dirty quality stay, but landlord rejected! So we had to ask Expidia to help. We hope to share our pictures about all those bugs, to avoid any other customer who will keep the suffering.
10. Due to we put in a negative review comments, so we got reject and had to do it again! This is not good to let us tell the truth!
