The drawer holding the safe was broken and nearly fell on my foot. When I reported it the receptionist’s first comment was ‘are you ok?’ That drawer and one in the desk were replaced very quickly. Easy access to airport, no need for bus/taxi etc

Nice clean hotel, very friendly staff, good bar and food. Brilliant location, ample parking. Coaches to and from airport. Very comfortable bed and good size rooms.
