Brand new four bedroom, four bathroom luxe chalet overlooking Lake Wakatipu. Unobstructed lake and mountain views, hot tub and only a 10 minute walk to central Queenstown. Free parking and high speed fibre internet.  
 Ceiling to floor windows provide vistas over Lake Wakatipu and to the Remarkables that are nothing short of breath-taking."  
  
The Space:  
Warm & luxurious Villa with stunning views from the floor to ceiling windows over looking Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkable Mountain ranges.  
  
This villa is located on a quiet private road but still a short 10 minutes walk from the centre of Queenstown.  
  
The large open plan living area, kitchen & dining room are huge and overlook Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkable Mountain range. The outdoor patio is the perfect place to relax with a book or a glass of Central Otago Pinot Noir and watch the impressive view and sunsets over the Lake.  
  
This fully stocked villa comes with everything you could possible need including a wine fridge, coffee machine central heating, gas fire place and air conditioning.  
  
There are four large bedrooms (two with super King-size beds and two with King-size beds that can be split into twin beds) all boasting luxurious cotton bed linen. Both master bedrooms suites have direct access to the deck & spa pool, and both bedrooms have luxury en-suite shower rooms. For those groups with small children there is also a stunning family bathroom with a massive bath.  
  
Ski and snowboard storage area in the garage with Boot warmer.  
  
Guest Access:  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home!  
  
The Neighborhood:  
Experience alpine luxury at its best staying in a prime location just a 3-minute drive from Queenstown CBD and a 20-minute drive to Coronet Peak and a 30-minute drive to the Remarkables ski area.  
  
Sure, Queenstown is for the snow lovers and adrenaline junkies; but when you’re not skiing down snow-capped mountains, bungee jumping off Kawarau Bridge or embarking on one of the many surrounding hikes; you can explore more that this slice of paradise has to offer.  
  
Head to the vine-laced hills of nearby Gibbston Valley to uncover endless Otago cellar doors and some deep, cold-climate reds. Discover Arrow Town's historic settlement, wandering past restored cottages and gold-mining sites along the river. Experience the majesty of Milford Sound - one of the South Island's greatest sites.
