Getting Around: This apartment is very close to town- a 2 minute walk. There are numerous bus stops at the bottom of the hill on Ballarat street. Public transport is very accessible. The apartment comes with 1 allocated car park and there is on street parking within close proximity to the building. Other Things to Note: This property is located within a residential area. Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a low level at all times, especially between 8pm – 8am. As agreed by Queenstown Council, the following rules apply: No amplified sound/music is to be played from the outdoor living areas between the hours of 8pm – 8am. All outdoor living areas must be vacated between the hours of 10pm – 7am. The residents within the neighbourhood and the management company can call the council with a noise complaint if they have concerns between the hours of 10 pm – 7 am. First thing in the morning it gets loud. Back room (2 beds) somewhat protected and folks can sleep better there. There is construction underway and in a few months access will be improved.
