Reasonable place to stay. Parking can get super-crowded at times. It is unfortunate there wasn't a microwave in the room.
I like that I was staying in a modern hotel close to everything historic. I was not sure about the actual distance to the vieux quebec and was shocked at how close. Great big picture view window! I wish they had 24/7 room service and 24/7 breakfast options. They don't like special request in ...
Nice place to stay with kids. Has kid friendly pool. The only thing i did not like personally that pool time had to be interrupted every hour or so to perform a show. Younger kids would not understand why they had to leave the pool and got frustrated.
would have preferred to know ahead of time that parking was extra. 19$ per day is excessive, pareticularly annoying to see that parking is free for people who come to dine... but we had to pay even though we had dinner there.
I liked the plaza around the hotel and the room was spacious; the front desk receptionist was rude though.
clean rooms, comfortable bed, bit of a 'sweat' smell in the room though
