The view is fantastic across the park to the terrace and the St-Lawrence river. Valet parking with EV plug in was practical. Despite the many stairs in the front, I had wheelchair access in the back near the parking. The staff was so helpful! A gem!!

I love smaller boutique hotels. The location is great. The lobby lounge is comfortable and full of games to wile away some late winter nights. Wine from a vending machine is cool! The pool, although located a short walk away, is a plus. Great dry sauna and outdoor hot tub!! The rooms are small by current standards and it’s walls a little thin for hearing outside room but what do you expect from a building this old! The location alone is worth it. If you choose to stay here try and ask for a view of the park as that view will add a star to your trip!

We had room 211 and the view was perfect. Hotel was right beside the frontenac and was walking distance to everythibg. Highly recommend this hotel!

Spent 2 nights at Chateau Bellevue between Christmas and New Years. Perfect location just behind Chateau Frontenac and above Dufferin Terrace. Numerous restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Friendly and accommodating staff, clean room, comfy king bed. Room could be noisy if inconsiderate neighbours nearby but was quiet during our stay.

Great location, walkable for all of Old City, tours and restaurants. Elevator, wine bar and the friendly, bi-lingual staff created a great environment for my stay.

The front desk gentleman was excellent helping us find dining, parking and helped with the tv clicker that was malfunctioning. We are very pleased with our first trip to Quebec City for our 18th anniversary.

The Hotel Chateaux Bellevue was the perfect accommodation for us. Excellent location, charming Hotel, very helpful staff Rooms were very comfortable just big enough, there was a small shared guest room in the lobby with comfortable couches to relax in. We did not have the continental breakfast but that was an option to purchase. The location was perfect for us also everything within walking distance, could also get Uber services if you don’t enjoy walking much. Definitely will return and stay here when we do

Our stay at the Hotel Chateau Bellevue was pleasant. The location is just behind the Chateau Frontenac and is a great location. The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly. The room that we had was not what I would describe as spacious, but it was fine for our needs.

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of the city with everything in easy walking distance. The hotel room and bathroom were lovely and spacious, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend booking this hotel for the location alone.

Our room wasn't as nice as the photos on the website; and it was very small. However, it's a great location; very walkable. Staff members were extremely helpful and very professional.

Great location and the building is a real treasure being a chateau but we found it to be quite noisy. Water pipes and thin walls. Felt some things need to be upgraded. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Wonderful stay in Quebec City
Excellent location. Professional and courteous staff made us feel very welcome. Very clean. Interior reception area and hallways could be brightened up. Missing in-room coffee maker. Small fridge in rooms would also be helpful. Overall good value for location, so close to Dufferin Terrasse, Chateau Frontenac.

Great location for walking the old Quebec City sites. Just a couple of blocks from the hop on hop off bus, a block from the boardwalk, river and beautiful Hotel Frontenac. Room and bathroom was small but on par with older European hotel accommodations. Only complaint was mediocre breakfast, which they charge $15 for if you don't book your room directly with them. Also, be prepared to carry your luggage up 10 steps or so before they can be put on a luggage cart.

The location was great and the staff very helpful. The room was a bit smaller than I expected and I would have preferred to be able to make coffee in the room, but that was minor. The breakfast was good and the lobby very comfortable.
