The location / proximity to downtown is really good (5 min drive), grocery store is about a kilometer away, and there is a nice neighbourhood on 3rd Ave nearby that has neat shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean and neat, and there was a thoughtful amount of supplies (soap, shampoo, detergents, kleenex, etc) so that we didn't have to get our own over the course of a four day stay. One note: the apartment is on the third floor and accessible only by stairs, which could be a bit of a struggle if someone in your group is disabled. But this was known ahead of time for us, so not an issue. Overall one of the better places we stayed. ##### Tim S. The apartment was meticulously clean and had a huge amount of space! Plenty of towels and supplies provided (laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, shower liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner). All the beds were clean and comfortable, and all three rooms had decent closet space and great light. There was some street noise and construction noise in the master bedroom, but not terrible. In general a very well situated apartment with tons of amenities in a quiet area. The old city and fun areas of the new city were all super quick drives (5-8 min) and parking was easy to find. We didn’t try the bus, but the metro bus stops were very close by. We’d definitely stay again! ##### Danielle C. Very clean, very big apartment and parking (a huge plus in QC City). The only negatives were : 1) the stated price was originally under 300$ per night (for a 3 bedroom | sleeps up to six people), but only to find out the pricing was only for 2 people. We had to pay an additional fee for any additional people which brought up the price dramatically.
