We enjoyed the rooftop patio as well. Thank you to Lilliana for setting up a very early morning cab ride back to the airport for us. The parking lot was spacious and attached to the building. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying in the area. You won't find a better place assuming that you like being in the lower town and don't mind going up the hill often. Next the place is family owned and run and the family is often on site. They are more than wonderful and helpful. The roof deck is a delight and was a perfect setting to watch fireworks over the river. The apartment itself is very very spacious and has lots going for it. Our only issues were as follows: The primary bedroom has only a tub with a handheld sprayer. Though charming, this is very inconvenient. It should have a shower. Next, the floors were somewhat dirty. Walking around barefoot or in socks, we got dirty feet pretty often. Not a deal breaker, but it could use a good mopping. Lastly, the kitchen needs updating. Though plenty good for storing milk for your coffee or having snacks, if you want to cook in it, it is not great. They supply some pans and utensils, but they are not of great quality. There is little counter space. The stove is very small. Overall, a great place that I would definitely book again. I would have given it 4.5 stars if I could. ##### Jeffrey K.
