Really lovely character Italian house with everything you could need for a great holiday.
Really enjoyed our stay! Everything within easy reach shops, restaurants and glorious beaches! Pool lovely and house was very clean with all amenities. Would definitely recommend staying here and we as a family will be back next year hopefully. Loved Sardinia one of our favourite places to holiday so far. People so friendly. Bruno and his wife were very welcoming and on hand if we needed them. Amazing!

Lovely small house
Good : Welcoming, generous and friendly owners - who left a wonderful spread of wine, food and fruit for us. The house is set in a small, safe, well maintained, private estate with a good sized pool (seawater) at the end of the road. There is a local pebble beach if you want to avoid driving. The house has a terrace, small garden - good for outdoor dining and a bbq. It is very well equipped. We think that this house is very suitable for two couples or a small family. A good base for exploring Cagliari and beaches both east and west. Minus points: The downside for us is that it is very compact and rather hot in the June heatwave. We were 5 adults - and the third, very small bedroom is really only suitable for children.(small bunk beds). There is one A/C unit on the landing- so we had to keep the bedroom doors open to get the benefit at night. This may sound negative, so would like to emphasise that we did have a very good holiday on this beautiful island. We explored several beaches - our favourites being Cala Sinzia on the Costa dei Rei (about 40 mins drive), Campus beach at Vilasimius (good beach restaurant here) and Chia to the west of Cagliari). Thank you to Giannina and Bruno for their attentive care and sound recommendations.

Hospitalité exemplaire!
L'accueil par les propriétaires était parfait. Giannina et Bruno sont très attentionnés et ont fait de cette location un endroit où il fait bon vivre. La résidence est très agréable malgré les aboiements continuels des chiens des environs. C'est vraiment dommage car il est difficile de se reposer la nuit. La piscine, d'eau de mer, compense le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de plage à proximité pour se baigner. Nous avons nénmoins passer un bon séjour et encore merci à Bruno et Giannina pour leur hospitalité.

alles was man braucht um sich zu entspannnen , erholen, spass zu haben nettes ambiente , super sauberes meer, super klasse strände, (fahrzeit von 10 min bis ......),klasse essen, gute einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viel kultur, nette menschen nette menschen

liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll mit allem eingerichtet was man braucht. Die Vermieter Giannina und Bruno sind äußerst nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter des Hauses. Zur Anlage gehört ein großzügiger Pool, der alle zwei Tage mit frischem Meerwasser befüllt wird. Das Meer direkt an der Wohnanlage. Dort kann man auch baden, aber die schöneren Sandstrände sind paar Autominuten entfernt.
