Lovely place, quiet street but close to the lively Boulevard St Michel. Very friendly helpful staff. We had trouble getting door card to work as others did also but then they had someone fixing it. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely come back.

I stayed at Hotel Artus for 4 nights in mid-June. The location is perfect -- just off Blvd St. Germain -- surrounded by numerous brasseries, hotels, and shops, with the metro and busses very nearby. Within walking distance to the Seine and the Louvre.
The Hotel Bel Ami was terrific, and the staff were always ready and helpful. The location is fantastic, with several of the best museums not more than a 15 minute walk. We'll gladly recommend it to friends and will want to return.
