the perfect location for a short stay in Nice! and a well maintained hotel with responsive staff. we got a room on the 6th floor when we arrived early, they did do the early check in at a price but it was worth it to get the room right away.
it is very close to shops and restaurants, and two tram stops away from train station. promenade is a block out and was great to be able to walk mornings and evenings. my only complaint was our bathroom door didnt lock properly and the hotel staff didnt fix it thru our stay.

"My only complaint was the way it’s advertised you would think the beach is a part of the hotel, and maybe it is but when I found out they wanted to charge me $35 per chair and $5 for a towel I was turned off.
