From start to finish this was by far the best experience from a hotel we have ever had. From the check in experience with desserts, drinks & the news that we had been upgraded to a Tropical villa for our 4 nights stay. The whiole place is impeccably kept. Outstanding staff Beautiful property

The room was quite spacious. The staff members were attentive and helpful. The housekeeping service was the best I have ever encountered. The room was consistently tidied, and the bed was turned down each night while we were out. Complimentary water, nuts, fruit, and tea and coffee were replenished daily. Additionally, free tea, coffee, fruit, and pastries were available in the lounge every day.

Everything was perfect

This resort had everything! The family suite is perfect for young families. Every meal was exceptional and so many places to choose from. There is so much to do even after staying 7 nights we didn't get to do all the activities the resort had on offer. The staff were all so friendly and after a week they were like family to our children. The photos don't do this place justice. It was paradise and you will have no problem spending hours by the pool of that's what you like. Our children visited kids club and loved it so much they insisted on going back every day which have us time to ourselves each morning. We would gladly return and it was sad to leave!
