Check in person not friendly or helpful. She spent maybe three minutes in total and left the counter saying . Have a good night. I was still standing at the counter. One would think there could be a smile, Or a comment to let her know if I needed anything. Instead I get a message on my phone about any assistance needed. There was no printed info in the room about the TV. An hour before checkout the Manager came to my room with a remote. He said.. you probably noticed this is a new TV.. now how would I know that?The manager here needs a lot of improvement. Feel free to cal tact me about my observations about the breakfast. I had to go there for coffee because the coffee pot on the room did not work. The room was excessively hot. Expect the thermostat is not working correctly. The remote did not work so I had no TV

Ok not great.
Staff was friendly. Remote for TV didn't work as well as the buttons on the TV. Most channels didn't come in properly or at all. The mini fridge was broken. Carpets seemed dirty. Breakfast was a nice selection, but everything that was supposed to be hot was warm, even the coffee. The pool was small but it was nice.

My stay was great. The location was easy for me to get to the events i was in town for. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety from hot options to continental options. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay here again!

Overall, it was a very good stay. I went here to spend some time with my long distance girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary. It was a very nice hotel with a fantastic, free continental breakfast. The room was very pleasing, and the hotel itself was new and renovated. The only negative I have to say is the floor was very sticky and dirty in the room, which was a little unpleasant. Other than that, very good stay.

The front desk staff couldn’t be bothered before 3pm. Often the front desk wasn’t staffed and needed to call the desk to check in and out. The keys didn’t work and needed to go back to the desk. Room for the most part was fine. The tub and sink had hair from previous guests.

Great staff
The person who checked us in went out of his way to help us. Just as we were going out to get our luggage, we were hit with a rainstorm. He came running out to help us bring in our bags even though he was getting soaked by doing it. Thank you PJ.

Nice little hidden treasure.
