I stayed at Sapphire Bayil Hotel with my mum during our recent visit to Baku and we were genuinely impressed by the experience. The hotel combines modern comfort with a warm, professional atmosphere. Our room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff deserve special mention- they were consistently attentive, polite, and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction felt sincere and welcoming.

The staff of the hotel including the manager were very friendly. They took good care of visitors. Food in restaurant was very good. The hotel is reasonable in terms of cost. However, there is no swimming pool, there is no bar or health facility as indicated on the profile of the hotel.
