"The wifi did not work and there was no laundry as advertised. The room i stayed in had constant loud banging sounds from the room the table was broken and the bed frame also broken and scratched my leg causing it to bleed; but i was able to switch rooms the second day. The road one street down is under construction so no cars could get through to the actual location. The cleaning staff were very nice, about half the office staff were nice, the others were somewhat rude and annoyed to speak...

"While in a very convenient location for the ferry, restaurants and places to park, the apartment is frankly ugly, poorly maintained and uncomfortable. "First time in Malta. A one month winter holiday. This spot was exactly what we two Canadian seniors hoped for. A genuine neighbourhood, close to bus and ferry, very comfortable space for us to feel like locals for our month. The terrace and view were superb. "The two apartments are spacious, clean and situated near both local amenities and Bugibba itself. The apartments were quiet and felt very safe for our range of ages (5 to 57).
