Big disappointment Arrived to find the pool is outdoor (ad never mentioned) so not open for season . "hot tub" is a upsized bathtub ( which 1- was much higher upcharge 2- none available) The condition of the room was lacking to say the least. The walls had chunks of paint missing, neither the sink or tub had a stopper "

"We may have just had bad luck but we got a room that a dog had pretty much destroyed. Urine stains on the side of the mattress and carpet. Pet hair even though they had tried to vacuum. There was a couple yelling and screaming obscenities at each other outside our room for well over an hour. They were throwing food at each other getting it everywhere. Police finally resolved the issue. Pool was nice and the breakfast was nice. Staff was polite. I would avoid this one all together if you have allergies as pets can stay in all rooms. "

"The facility was nice and clean. There was a lot of noise from the people next to us and above us. The breakfast staff, they were rude! They turned the lights off when we were still getting our food at 9:57, and when my husband was getting ready to put juice in his cup the lady cut in front of him and turned the machine off. They also took all the tongs and utensils at 9:57 and started putting the chairs up on the tables."
