Nice place, nice people.
A nice hotel, well located, though I was disappointed to arrive on the only day (Wednesday) the restaurant was shut, as there was nowhere else to eat in the town either, apart from a bar which was jammed with smokers. Eaux-Bonne is worth the visit though.

Hotel with character
Older style building with lots of character in spa town high up in the mountains just below the winter snow line. Friendly English speaking owner serves a selection of Belgian beers from the bar. Good buffet breakfast. Restaurant was not open when we were there due to end of season (September), but food in bar next door.

Bon petit séjour pour aller skier à Gourette.. Hôtel charmant vintage.. petit bémol l’eau des douches qui n’est pas chaude alors pas pratique pour se réchauffer en rentrant des pistes.. sinon personnel très accueillant !

Il faut le voir pour le croire.
Peut-on appeler cela un hôtel ? Arrivée vers 16 h 30 : une personne assise devant l'hôtel nous dit que c'est fermé et que le "patron" revient dans une heure. Vers 18 h nous nous représentons à l'hôte et la porte est toujours fermée. Nous téléphonons et le "patron" nous répond qu'il arrive. Il nous ouvre et nous annonce qu'il nous a "surclasser" dans une grande chambre avec lit "king size" car l'hôtel est en travaux. Il ne trouve pas la clef et nous donne un double. Traversée de couloirs sombres avec désordre dans tous les coins. Montée à la chambre et là surprise la clef est dans la serrure à l'intérieur. Devant l'état de la chambre nous restons bouche bée. (voir photos). De plus les chambres avoisinante ne sont pas rangée, les fenêtres de ces chambres sont restées grandes ouvertes durant les deux jours de notre présence et personne n'y a mis les pieds. Petit déjeuner : trois croissants et trois chocolatines "cramées", café froid, pain pas frais etc... Le soir quand nous rentrons pour notre deuxième nuit, la chambre n'a pas été faite, personne n'y a mis les pieds. Aussi le lendemain matin nous avons quitté les lieux sans déjeuner et sans payer le premier petit déjeuner. La chambre ayant été payée lors de la réservation, nous avons estimé que cela suffisait. Comment un tel endroit peut-il prétendre être un hôtel et figurer que les sites internet ?

Une ville morte. Un hôtel peu accueillant et pas entretenu malgré la probable volonté des propriétaires. Un petit déjeuner dérisoire. Ne vaut aucune étoile. Beaucoup trop cher pour une chambre que je préfère ne pas commenter.

Hotel simplement avec restauration "bizarre"
Hotel simple, chambre propre, mais service déplorable, restauration indigne de professionnels. Cet Hotel a changé de propriétaire, nouveaux gérant incompétent. Le premier soir au restaurant on nous a servi de la nourriture industrielle dans des plateaux en plastic avec des petits compartiments et le tout pour la modique somme de 16€ Je n'avais jamais vu ça dans un restaurant Lors de notre départ 10h, accueil fermé, nous avons déposé la clé au "clous"
