Lovely Villa with a very nice pool. The hilltop site means it is rather windy but also gives wonderful views. Well equipped kitchen, apart from only 4 cereal bowls. We chose this Villa for its location, away from the crowds but within striking distance of the sea and a variety of taverna’s.

+: großes Haus / Dusche, WC und Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer. -: Küche im Obergeschoss / schlechte Betten (Campingbetten!) / einfache oder nicht unbedingt erforderliche Geräte / Niemandslandstandort. Allgemein: Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht.

Das Haus hielt was es versprach. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in der Nähe von Finikounda und kannten deshalb die Lage des Hauses. Man ist auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen, was für uns absolut okay war. Kleinere technische Probleme (z.B. mit der Funktion der Außendusche) wurden zeitnah behoben. Bis auf einen fehlenden Fön, war das Interieur vollständig. Das Haus war sauber und in technisch gutem Zustand. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir sogar ein Grill zu Verfügung gestellt! Gerne wieder!

mooi rustig gelegen huis met goed inventaris en heerlijk verfrissend zwembad. Helaas stond er een lekkende scooter in een afgesloten ruimte in het huis waardoor er heel veel stank in huis was. De verzorgers van het huis zijn 2 maal langs gekomen om eea te verhelpen, echter de benzine lucht bleef nog dagen hangen. We vonden het ook erg onveilig hierdoor!!

De aankomst was prima geregeld. Het huis is toe aan een stevige opknapbeurt. De huurprijs t.o.v. wat je krijgt is veel te hoog. Het huis ligt afgelegen, geen parasol zoals wel was aangegeven. Geen zwengel om de windschermen te bedienen ( echt nodig, zeer veel wind op het terras).

Royaal huis, voorzien van alle comfort. Mooi zicht op zee, prettig eigen zwembad. Prima bereikbaar over weliswaar een hobbelig zandpad vanaf de doorgaande weg. Op hooguit 15 autominuten van zee en meerdere prima stranden. Veel leuke restaurantjes in Finikounda (15 automin.), Menthoni (15 automin.) en Pylos (25 automin.). Naastgelegen villa ligt relatief dichtbij, maar desondanks voldoende privacy.

Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder im Alter von 8 bis 12 Jahren) in der Zeit vom 30.08.2014 bis 13.09.2014 in der Villa gewohnt.\r\nEs war eine phantastische Zeit und wir haben die Ruhe, das schöne Wetter und den Pool genossen. Das Haus verfügt ﲾr allen notwendigen Komfort und die Ausstattung der K࿌he ist sehr umfangreich. Die Gegend und die Orte (Finikounda, Pylos, ...) sind sehr schön und man kann viel entdecken. Die Strände sind sehr großzügig und leicht sowie schnell zu erreichen. Wir gehen gerne wieder hin.\r\nEin paar Punkte könnten verbessert werden. Diese trﲾn aber nur leicht den sehr positiven Gesamteindruck.\r\nDie K࿌he, insbesondere die Schränke, waren nicht sehr gut geputzt. Wir haben uns dann am ersten Tag ca. 2 Stunden Zeit genommen, alles richtig zu reinigen.\r\nDer Pool war bei unserer Anreise recht tr࿋ und etwas grünlich, obwohl am Tag unserer Anreise eine Reinigung durchgeführt wurde. Grund hierfür war ganz offensichtlich die Unwissenheit des Reinigungspersonals. Es wurde nämlich nur der Boden etwas abgesaugt und etliche Chlortabletten in den Skimmer gelegt. Eine Reinigung des Pumpenfilters und ein R࿌kspülen des Sandfilters wurden nicht vorgenommen. Da wir in Deutschland selber einen Pool haben, habe ich dann die Arbeiten selbst vorgenommen. Nach ca. 4 Tagen war da Wasser glasklar und schön blau. Mit ein wenig mehr Wissen ﲾr die Poolpflege ist das leicht möglich.

Schitterende villa met zeer complete uitrusting. Van airco, horren voor de ramen/deuren tot een erg goed uitgeruste keuken alles is goed op orde. De ligging halverwege de heuvel biedt een mooi uitzicht over de omgeving en is een goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving, een auto is wel noodzakelijk. Het zwembad is heerlijk en rij je de heuvel af dan sta je direct op het strand. Wij gezin met 2 kinderen(11 en 13 jaar) hebben hier een fantastische vakantie gehad.

We hebben twee weken genoten van dit prachtige verblijf in Evangelismos bij Methoni. Het huis is schitterend hoog gelegen met bijzonder mooi uitzicht op de zee. De eerste week samen met onze zoon, schoondochter en drie kleinkinderen van resp. 7 jaar, 2,5 jaar en 7 maanden. Mooi zwembad waarvan we elke dag gebruik gemaakt hebben. Wel goed opletten voor de veiligheid van de peuter van 2 ! Goed voorziene keuken inclusief vaatwasser. Het lekkerste lamsvlees van de hele vakantie kwam uit onze oven ! Goede bedden, drie badkamers dus voldoende privacy. Makkelijke stenen vloer, die goed schoon te houden is tegen de beestjes. De aanwezigheid van goed sluitende horren voorkwam overlast van wespen en ander ongedierte. De stranden zijn makkelijk bereikbaar. De inkopen doen in Finikounda, zowel slager als visboer als een acceptabele supermarkt rondom de kerk. De wasmachine was een uitkomst met de kleine kinderen natuurlijk. De tweede week hebben opa en oma benut om een beetje bij te komen van de vermoeienissen van de eerste week. Goede restaurants in onder andere Gialova ten noorden van Pylos gelegen. Van de buren gehoord, dat het beste restaurant van de Peloponnesos in Methoni te vinden is. Kortom voor zowel een gezin met kleine kinderen als voor een ouder koppel een mooi vakantiehuis.
