I slept well both nights, comfortable bed. Nice view of surrounding areas, well-located for my business purposes. Easy to find, management was friendly and accommodating. I was told that breakfast time would be posted later in the entry hall. It turned out to be planned for 8:30am but since I had to be at my meeting at 8:15, I did not get to eat that day. On Sunday, Don (owner) told me that I should have let them know - that they can make breakfast according to our needs. I wish I had been told that the day before. I was also a bit confused about the "private bathroom" described in the listing. On my floor, there was a hallway bathroom between the two end bedrooms. My bedroom was on the opposite end of the hall, so I was unsure as to whether or not that was my "private bath" or if I was sharing it with the rooms that flanked it. Also, I was not offered, and did not receive a key until I locked myself out of my room in the middle of my first night, when I got up to use the bathroom. I had to go downstairs and woke the on-site manager, who was very nice about giving me a key to get back into my room. Casual check-in process, nice people. Nice to be able to open the windows, or sit on the small balcony to enjoy the fresh summer air.
