"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Questa è una piccola struttura a conduzione familiare. La colazione era piuttosto buona. C'era un grazioso cortile antistante. Sì, hanno un piccolo parcheggio, ma ho dovuto parcheggiare in strada. Per entrare nella struttura e nella camera servivano tre chiavi separate, e ho avuto difficoltà a far funzionare la chiave della mia camera, quindi non sono uscita per cena per paura di rimanere chiusa fuori, dato che ero una donna che viaggiava da sola."

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

"We absolutely LOVED our stay in this beautiful home. It is spacious, comfortable, and it’s hard to describe: there is a very lovely “vibe” here. You can tell that this house is loved by the owner, a delightful man who, together with Manuela, met us at our arrival and took care of every detail while we were here. The view is beautiful, both from the terrace and the main bedroom. It is a short drive to town. The island is small, so it is an easy drive to explore. And we adored (from afar) the little black cat who we fed outdoors with food provided by the owner. All in all, a magical place. We highly recommend this home for your stay on the island. "
