Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, rental agreement and upload a photo of the government ID(aka Driver's License) of the primary renter who makes the reservation prior to arrival. Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group. Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play upon request for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets. We do have a propane BBQ Grill with a full propane tank at checkin. Propane refills will be the responsibility of the guest if the whole tank is used.
