Food was horrible. Mexican food and Japan restaurant were horrible. Free drink areas were understaffed. Spent more time waiting for drinks than enjoying than a night club. No internet in the rooms. Would have to leave room to use phone to check on family or just check emails. Drink machines were down most of the time. Hot tub in main pool was not working. They allowed smoking everywhere outside even in the common areas. No free shuttle to the airport.

The beds are hard as a brick, my body hurts! The pillows are very small and also extremely hard. I had to roll my own luggage’s to my rooms with my kids. Nobody greeted me upon entry, i had no information about dining /wifi/room service. The worst resort ever!

I enjoyed the wildlife and plants/ trees. Speaking Spanish is a must to communicate with the majority of the staff. I feel on checkin and check out was rushed and the checkout gentleman only wanted to hail me a taxi. Very hot and crowded and noisy in the buffet and restaurants at all times of the day. Also pools 3 beautiful ones were always busy. Do not sit at the edge of the beach closest to the water if you don’t want to attract multiple vendors and interruptions.

Where do I start? When checking in… the male at the front desk was not unwelcoming at all, he did not accommodate and was rude. I asked him for if it would be possible to check out an hour later due to my fight coming later and I have no where to go and he said no and it would be an extra charge. I never had that issue with any other hotels such as Dream Onyx and Breathless. After requesting for a manager, we spoke with Angel who was courteous and helpful in allowing the hour late check out. Secondly, after receiving our cards and taken to our room… there were at least 100 of mosquitos flying in the room. It was unbearable to be in the room. I got bit up all over my arms and legs in a matter of a 5 minute span. After trying to get out of the room of mosquitos and going out back to the lobby to see if there were food or drinks we could get… we found out no pool after 6:00. Being that we just checked in also. Disappointment. We then tried to go to the bar and get a drink just to be told we have to pay for our drinks. What is all inclusive then??? Whatever we eat it. Then we walk around and look for a restaurant to eat because we haven’t ate all day. We tried to eat at the Mexican restaurant just to be turned down and told no. No reservation then we can’t come in… so all of this was for nothing? We booked with this place for one night…. prior to departing the next day to just get poor service and completely nothing for the amount we paid. Please make that make sense???

We didn't like a food at all, including restorans. The service could be better too. Smoking in resort should have restrictions or not allowed at all. The resort is overated..

It is a good property, outside shopping was close by to buy souvenirs. It is a very good property for a nice walk, beach was decent. Hot tub didn’t have hot water for all three pools. Food was average, hard to communicate if you don’t know Spanish. Folks at this property do not speak English at all. If you are vegetarian or not eat pork products they are not careful and/or have lack of knowledge to clean bowls, spoons or use separate utensils from food safety. I was disappointed with service as everything is time based. We had a reservation for a restaurant which runs from 6:30 to 10 PM. Two times for reservations 6:30to6:40 or 8:30 to 8:40. We arrived at 6:50 and was denied service even though tables were empty and others had just started on their appetizers. We were told to come at 8:30 slot which doesn’t make any sense. No one is willing to go out of the way to help except some servers were very nice but mostly not willing to help. I wouldn’t come back just because of the service.

Good overall stay at Vista Sol. Staff at site were amazing, helpful, and patient. Food was good. I help safe and protected at the beach and on site. The only downside is the bathroom. There was only glass pane for the shower. The caulking was sloppy. The toilet seat cover was broken.

This is a beautiful hotel with very cute rooms, the hospitality and its people were everything to me. It’s a very small hotel, but they have activities and night shows to give you something to do!

Staff was very nice and pleasant the room wasn't that great, a/c very low we sweting even with the a/c at max, safe wasnt working they charged me $10 for the use didnt get a refund, tv was not working took 24 hours to have someone fix it, first day toilet overflows, coffe maker didn't work, and the fridge was leaking....not really a single place to cool off, don't know why it was rated at 4 stars...3 stars the most only because the staff is very nice.

Loved everything. Only thing that brings it to 4 stars is the American bbq restaurant was terrible. Took over an hour to even receive food and it was not even edible. But everything else was amazing!

The property in pictures is one thing when you get there it’s another. Service is horrible I got there at 11 am and did not give me the room until 5pm while people that got there after me were getting their room. Finally got the room it was dirty, towels look like they’re pee stained of how yellow they are. Bathroom is full of mold everywhere. Loud construction right in front of the room started making noise at 7am on the dot.

Very clean and beautiful. I loved the appearance of the property. Get rid of the roosters . They make too much noise. This is a resort not a farm. I have a clock to wake me up . I do t need a rooster.

I think the Hotel in general is over priced, food poor, room small and first day was dirty, after someone came the next morning and did cleaning. Towel old and yellow instead of white. Only one buffet for too many people, service was so busy cleaning that they have no time to give a good service. Person at the front for transportation almost make me loose my airport transport, to make me pay for a taxi to the airport. Recreation was very nice. My kids had fun, but the hotel in general should not be rated as a 4star hotel.Very basic for what is offered in the website. I will not recommend it.

The worst vacations of my life, i will never go back to punta cana or to Vista Sol resort. I didnt feel safe at all, my phone was stolen from my bag which was on me. If your turned off the AC all the rooms will be filled with watter, the loors ad walls, you could'nt sleep at night.

At breakfast, lunch, and dinner time we offer to our guests a wide variety and fresh selection of vegetables, legumes, fruits, juices, fish, seafood, meat, pastries and more. As a company focused on service, we are aware that it is thanks to the valuable comments from our customers that we can continue working for the optimization and improvement of our services. There were no elevators in hotel. The beds were hard. The liquor were watered down.

Beautiful hotel areas with many walking paths and long clean beach which I enjoyed with my family. There are ducks and peacocks walking freely around the property and people. They also have a little fenced and covered place for chickens and some kinds of birds, iguanas. The hotel room was a decent size but a little outdated (fresh painting would help) with door lock issues and mosquitoes every night (they flew in every time we entered/exited the room. The food in buffet was fresh but the choices of food were poor. However, the reserved restaurants had delicious food. The hotel staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The beach was clean and the water was warm, calm and clean mainly.
