The property was beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful...except when I needed to get to an ATM. There is not one on site, and the nearest one is about half a kilometer away at a mini-mart. The hotel staff did not offer to take me to the ATM so I had to find a way to get to one myself. Also, the waitstaff at the restaurants never come back to ask if you want dessert, often leave you waiting an inordinately long time to take your order, and often fail to bring you coffee when you go to breakfast in the morning. It was very frustrating. Also frustrating was the fact that my room key got deprogrammed three times while I was there so I had to wait in the lobby while maintenance came to fix the problem. It was not something the front desk could do by simply reprogramming the key card. But the pool area and bar were fantastic, the spa was great, and everyone there was very friendly and courteous.
