Excellent hôtel, proche de la plage

Pros: La qualité des buffets et la restauration est excellente. Le personnel est aux petits soins avec les clients.
Cons: La propreté doit être au niveau de la qualité de l'établissement (traces de doigts sur les vitres du restaurant, chambre propre mais pas impeccable)
Un bon niveau de qualité pour cet hôtel en bordure de mer. Le personnel est attentionné, décontracté mais professionnel, tant à la réception que pour les parties communes et les chambres. Nous avions une chambre proche de la piscine et des plages, ce qui est un avantage. La chambre est assez vaste, avec baignoire jacuzzi, douche et toilettes, le tout bien équipé. Les 4 restaurants à thème offrent une alternative au Carnival, le restaurant buffet. La piscine principale est agréable avec de nombreux transats autour et son bar dans l'eau attirent les résidents assoiffés. La plage de sable fin est grande et bien entretenue. Bravo au personnel qui ramasse tous les soirs les déchets laissés par les touristes peu soucieux de l'environnement et dont la principale préoccupation est de boire. Les animations du soir sont d'un très haut niveau. Sans compter les animateurs qui donnent de leur personne. Nous avons remarqué la zone Preferred Gests qui offre des avantages certains (restaurants et bar privatifs, piscine privée...).

Pros: Everything about the hotel was great.
Cons: They need shuttle service to the airport.
I had an awesome stay at the Now Larimar. The food was delicious at the Hibachi and Blue Nile Steak house.

Pros: The service was amazing, all the staff were very professional and respecful, especially the waiters
Location: there is a lot fun things to do.

Très bel hôtel

14 jours à l hotel , bonne nourriture variée , excellent petit déjeuné, chambre vaste et confortable salle de bain vieillissante par contre et remontée d odeurs désagréables des siphons seul point négatif , sinon personnel au top

Pros: Todo.
Cons: Solo un area de juegos libres para los nenes ( los que no van al kinder club)
Location: Para mi fue muy buena. Yo solo fui a un par de shopings porque no me interesaba salir del hotel
Muy agradable el hotel para estar en familia. Todo el personal es muy atento y siempre estan pendientes para lo que necesites. Es muy buena su atencion en todos lados. En las habitaciones, restaurantes, pileta y playa. Solo creo que le falta algun espacio de juegos libres cerca de la pileta para los nenes ( similar al del kinder club, pero libre). Por lo demas, muy muy bueno. Volveria sin dudarlo!

Awesome resort on a beautiful beach

Pros: We were in the preferred club and had a partial oceanfront room with balcony, minibar, sofa and jacuzzi and separate shower. Rooms are spacious.
Cons: nothing
Location: Great beach and location, only 20-25 min from the airport. Downtown is right near the airport for shopping and nightclubs.
Truly enjoyed ourselves, never left the resort, all kinds of activities day and night to choose from. Very welcoming, friendly and caring staff that go out of their way to please you. Entertainment group made our experience a lot of fun everyday. Worth mentioning are Danny Boy, Big Poppy, Mr. Joseph, Scooby Doo and Babyface. Melissa in room service is very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant staff are great, especially Juan, Wilton and Victor.

Rude staff

They start pushing sales the minute you walk in and don't stop until you leave. Some of the staff are very arrogant and rude. The food for breakfast and lunch is practically the same every day and not too good, the dinners are good especially the hibachi where the service was good except for one waiter actually telling me in Spanish a racial remark about the black people sitting in our group and telling me I was ordering a "women's drink"when ordering a mojito. The entertainment staff do have good shows but can be unprofessional when interacting with visitors, they like to flirt with the woman a little too much.
