We booked a room with one king bed, and two book double bed. After complaining that we only had one king bed, we receive a roll in bed. We had one kid sleeping in bed with us one kid sleeping on the rollout bed after three days I discovered the room next-door to ours was also supposed to be ours. The hostel staff seemed very surprised that we didn’t have keys to it, and had no idea that the room next-door was also ours, in addition to this when you arrive, nobody tells you how to hotel works where to find towels what restaurants there are what time are open they tell you to use the app the app has the wrong hours and does not allow you to order room service our room keys have stopped working every single day at least once a day. With all the choices of hotels, I would try somewhere else.

We were there with our 5 year old grandson. It was perfect for him. The new waterpark is open for kids. The resort is quiet and a nice size. The vibe is very relaxing. The service around the pool is great, especially if you tip well. Our butler Roberto was helpful when we reached out to him but with 30 families per butler, we didn't see him unless we asked for something or ran into him. We are used to the butler service at Sandals, and this didn't compare. I'm really not sure you need a butler at this resort. There are not a lot of beach chairs around the pools, but lots of chairs on the beach. They do a good job of cleaning up the seaweed. Unfortunately, it was too windy and the water was too rough to play in the ocean. The only complaint is that the water in the room taps is not potable, so you have to be careful to brush your teeth with bottled water.

This resort exceeded our expectations! Pool was clean and nice, staff were friendly and prompt, beach was pretty and there were water sports like parasailing and tubing available during the day for a small fee. Dining had options for everyone. Nightly entertainment was a cool added bonus and the sister resort, Secrets, had a casino for late night entertainment. Would highly recommend this place!

The staff were great, Albert at the swim up bar was amazing! The food was not great and took u till the 2nd last day to figure out where to order. Breakfast=Room Service #1 Lunch=Tides Burgers so GOOD Dinner=no where special Late Night=Room Service for chicken fingers Room was a little dirty but they cleaned it when asked, teh casino is small and basic Co Co coffee is great! Service and food was terrible. Beds are so small and really bad mattress. Room next door was so noisy. Hallways were so noisy. So hard to be in room and sleep for bit. All of us got stomach bug. Never recommend preferred service. They are good for nothing. Never coming back

It was rustic nice property. The best part was the beach and mamaguana. The buffet had good options but would be even better if they had a pizzeria hut, the pizza is so delicious should definitely go and enjoy.

I did not enjoy the food. Although it was seasoned, we received almost all of our meals cold or luke warm. The one meal we did receive that was hot, was scorched throughout. I thought our "butler" couks have been more attentive to our needs. I did enjoy the cleanliness of the facilities and the ambience of the resort.

The resort itself is amazing 10/10. The staff has been extremely polite and very professional throughout the entire trip 10/10. The food was decent and there was plenty of options to choose from 8/10. Daily entertainment within the resort was a great touch and definitely made the stay more pleasant 9/10. Note: Avoid ordering Talixo service (private ground transportation), currently the only option offered by Expedia! They were extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Our driver never showed up, and despite efforts from the concierge to contact the service and the driver directly, neither responded. Both numbers were unreachable, nearly causing us to miss our flight. Shame on Expedia for endorsing such a company as an option. But HUGE kudos to concierge that has worked with us to quickly find us a replacement and being extremely apologetic about the entire experience even thou they had nothing to do with it. Much love Dreams Royal Breach we'll definitley be back!

Food wasn’t very good. All the good pool seats and beds were all taken by people who just put towels down and didn’t even use them. Drinks were very watered down. I also had to switch rooms because first room had issues with tv and was super loud. And they couldn’t move me Until my third day. I was only there for 5 days

Good hotel for resting. Show and food were average, despite they have 5 restaurants no reservation required, but food is not what you expect for the cost. I loved the new pool, people in bars are super friendly….. and shopping options were great!

We were very impressed with the entire resort experience. From the moment we arrived we were treated with excellent hospitality and welcomed. The location and amenities were superb. Our butler, Junior Chavez was always available and helpful. The wait staff at restaurants and bartenders were fantastic. Our rooms were great and clean. The balconies with jacuzzi also great!

We loved our stay here! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and property were very clean and well maintained. We met so many cool people from all over the world. Their are 4 restaurants to choose from and two swim up bars. We did not do the preferred booking (most people we talked to said it wasn’t worth the extra money). We had a ton of fun with all of the activities the entertainment team puts on throughout the day (competitions in the pool, exercise classes, dance parties). We also loved the sports bar and had a blast doing karaoke. The only things we didn’t particularly like was all of the vendors that come up to you trying to sell you things allll day long on the beach. But they are polite enough and when you say no they respect it. We also didn’t feel the food was top notch, some dishes were better than others. But all of it was definitely edible and we enjoyed all of the people and atmosphere so much that we overlooked it. Overall, we really enjoyed our anniversary trip and would recommend this resort!
