Nice viewing horrible servers
Towels, drinks are never stocked when they clean the room... they put 2 towels every morning with 3 guest.. I can go on and on, the food is okay, most of the staff is good, my friend got charged 175$ for pretty much nothing. The views are nice, there are shopping tables by the lobby some nights. These people literally PULL you to there table to check out what they have. I called for towels one night and they never came, I called for beers 1 night and they come with 2 beers. The hotel maids I guess either threw out or stole because I lost socks and they touch your stuff, like they rearranged the room how they like it, touching my belongings. I got there at 1. Yes checkin is at 3 but my friend arrived at 3 and he got his room then I had to wait till 4 to check into mine. When I was there 2 hours before. They said my room isn't ready. But my friend who just arrived his room is? lol it's a joke, the best art about everything is the restraunt but even there. EVERYNIGHT for example I will order steak with no side, I get the side anyway, I ask for a water it comes 15 minutes later. I was tipping these people
Left and right and still didn't get correct service. And I'm very kind with my money but the employees like wait for a tip. That's out of control. You guys have poor management. I had a great time, but 100%. Not going back to that resort.

We are sorry to read this experience was not satisfactory. We left concern to read how the service seems to have failed in some aspects, and i have already transmit this comment to every department involve, so actions can be taken to avoid this happen again.
On the other hand, before any lost, we recommend guests to report it, so our security team can develop the correspond process. It is sad, that you didn't make any report. I can secure the beloggings of our guests are respect, and our maids just clean and organize the room.
