I didnt like the fact the pools closed @ 7pm. No even 1 pool wad open? I would love to know the reasons? I would like visit this resort again. But need to know why the pools close at 7pm.

I love this resort it is my first time in punta cana i love the staffs they make you feel welcome and pary of thier family i will go back on my next vacation.

The hotel is very good. The room was super with a dedicated wifi router and other amenities. The staff were excellent

The property is a bit dated. Staff was amazing and attentive. Food was okay as far as resorts go. The resort had many things to keep guest occupied. The television did not get much reception and channel guide was out of date, they did have a small library of dvds which was nice but after too much time in the sun its nice to kick back and enjoy something in the room. I would recommend and will return.

We were upgraded to Preferred Club which was great...until we found feces in the preferred club pool!! We immediately jumped out & advised the pool cleaner who didn’t even evacuate the pool to clean it out. He thought he could just scoop it out with no one noticing. He then started flopping around the same dirty net in the smaller kids pool where my 3 year old son was swimming. This is NOT the procedure and completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! I had to run into the lobby in my bathing suit and complain, get someone to make them responsible for getting people out of the pool and cleaning it properly. The pool should have been emptied completely and cleaned then re-filled. Only after our family made a scene did they even put a sign up and get someone to put some product in the bacteria infested water! We were absolutely disgusted and couldn’t go in the pool for the rest of our stay. I complained twice to guest services & asked for a manager to contact me, which never happened. All they said was we’re sorry, we’re sure it was an accident. I used to recommend this hotel but I will NEVER stay here again. Just disgusting.

The staff and property were Excellent!! The place was small, compared to other resorts where i have stayed before, but this is a good thing, everything is conveniently close by. There is also Coco Cafe, a coffee bar open all day and night, and get some yummy pastries too. Did I mentioned the entertainment Team? Mimi, Franklin Super Jordan, Pique and Liz is Excellent, just follow the schedule, you will play games, play sports, learn how to dance, meet people, and have an amazing time!!! The word for this resort is Excellente!!
