The property is clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning our room each day. Buffet food was decent (ate there the most) and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Evening entertainment was nice. The wifi is an unsecured network which is not ideal. If you go to the beach be aware of the constant line of peddlers. Get out early to reserve sun beds (even though there are signs not to)...because if you don't, the shade spots are all gone by 7 AM. Be aware that pool towels may be swapped out but the station is tucked away and not marked (make a plan to do that first thing in the morning as you run the risk that they don't have any more clean towels in the afternoon). Our club “adults only” 2 room suite consisted of a large living room with pull out couch & powder room. The refrigerator was always stocked with bottled water & a variety of sodas & snacks. The large spacious bedroom had plenty of storage, a huge walk in shower & another 2nd bathroom with a double terrace overlooked a winding River. We absolutely loved the Mirages’s exclusive coffee bar Cafe Espanol for lattes & cappuccinos. Our Butler De Leon was great always seeking us out to make sure every thing was perfect. All the employees greeted us with a smile at every venue & remembered us by name. I highly recommend this resort."
