Save your cash and don’t stay here. Filthy hotel. Poor service. No respect for guests health and safety. Staff are underqualified and not trained. Probably the worst hotel we’ve stayed at and one we will be sending a legal notice to for improper standards.

Very nice spacious room & bathroom. Very comfortable bed with nice soft sheets & fluffy pillows. We were given a nice room with an awesome view of the city. This hotel is very clean and we appreciated the high security, we felt very safe. But the highlight of our stay was the staff, they were so accommodating and kind to us. We had stayed at a 5 star hotel for 2 nights before we had to move because of the location to our convention. We spent the additional 2 nights at the Doubletree and honesty wish we had spent the whole 4 nights here because we enjoyed it so much more. Thank you to the staff for giving 5 star service. We will definitely stay here again.

The stay started off with an extremely stressful and unpleasant experience of pests (cockroaches) in our room and in the dining area (even on the dining table itself)! We had to raise the issue beyond the front desk associates and had to engage the GM and the Front Office Manager. The silver lining was the sincere attention given to our grievances aka serious health and hygiene concerns by these two individuals. The issue was taken very seriously as it should have been and immediate remedial steps were being put in place. I do want to also note that the Exec Chef was particularly concerned about the issue and was equally involved in addressing the issue in the dining area. He was also personally involved in taking care of our dietary needs throughout our entire stay. In summary what could have been an absolute disastrous situation was saved by this team and for that both my wife and I are thankful. Though inexcusable, the gap was owned and addressed by the team which goes a long way … owning a mistake is key and diligently addressing it shows responsibility. Thank you.

Very nice hotel, great restaurants and food in house, staff super helpful, grand opulence in the midst of the City. Everything in Pune is a mix of old and new, modern and ancient, pristine and squalor. Just go a half mile and it all renews again. The symphony of horns in traffic is worth the visit, as you navigate the City to see the sights.

Breakfast dining staff could be better. Be more assertive in offering tea, coffee etc. plan ahead so toast arrives with the omelette and not 15 minutes later. Overall good experience. Enjoyed the gym and pool. Convenient for work

Second time there, great service, good breakfast, great gym and pool area and spa. No complaints really! Rooms are comfortable. Requested a robe each day and they were all pretty old. not really a big deal for me, but noticeable.

Well located with quick access to all poi and all forms of transport. Very friendly staff, rooms seem to be furnished new and are in excellent condition. My package included breakfast which also had a very decent spread. Overall, an excellent experience including the price!

Hyatt leaves a lot to desire for - age is showing on the property. Worst issue was a live small cockroach in the dinner buffet area that I had to point to the chef manning the station who squashed it with a paper towel and continued with his service as if no big deal. I informed Mr Mahesh the main chef who seemed a lot more concerned and apologetic. The front desk staff is not welcoming at all except for Mr Amol Gaikwad who seemed eager to serve - kudos to him on his attitude. Mr Deepak Borade Asst Housekeeping Manager is definitely worth a mention who (after realizing they had ruined my wife’s pure silk top in the laundry) went above and beyond to take care of us and was genuinely concerned about the shortcomings. Stuff happens - it’s how you deal with it matters. Perhaps the broader staff need to learn from their mates (Amol and Deepak) or go stay at any Taj Property for a few days to learn what service really means!

The only thing I was not impressed by was that we could not walk anywhere from the property as there is a lot of traffic and no sidewalks. That being said, we didn't feel the need to leave the property much as it is very large, comfortable, beautiful, with great restaurants, spa, gym... We loved their breakfast buffet. It was a great way to start the day. My mother and I used all of the amenities more than once! The machines at the gym are top notch. Spa staff was lovely and services were reasonably priced. We also spent considerable time on the shaded outdoor beds by the pool. It felt like the garden of Eden out there! The Wifi was strong so I was able to work easily on my computer. The whole staff at the hotel was LOVELY and so helpful! We would especially like to thank Sahil (our house keeper), Ubhay (at the bar), Neerav (helped us at the front desk many times), Caroline (at the restaurant), Arbinda and papuu (helped us at the restaurant), and Pooja who checked on us during our stay. I am signing up to be a member of Hyatt because of our stay. I would highly recommend.

Front desk staff was not coming as customer friendly, at times sounded very rigid and mechanical robots. Giving a blunt no answer is not appreciated. Noticed a few ants in the bathroom. Hotel needs to take of that very meticulously else it’s a big no-no for coming back to this hotel again. Frontdesk Staff is suggested to be trained on soft skills and smoother interactions. Won’t be surprised if I come next time and find the same communication style by them.

Very good hotel and good ambience, friendly staff who go out of the way to help, didn’t expect anything less from Hyatt. However on the hygiene of staff, quite a few staff smelled bad body odor or with a strong smoking smell, or bad smell smell from mouth this made it unpleasant at times when dealing with staff. I hope Hyatt can take care of this.

The rooms and location is quite good. I stayed in the junior suite and the graden outside was very dirty and the chairs etc. need regular cleaning. The food taste was also not upto the mark ..no salt on multiple occassions
