Located in the city of Punaauia by the sea, with private access to the beach and lagoon, this house has just been refurnished. This beautiful seasonal rental property of almost 200sqm will seduce you with its unique location and its 4000m2 garden that stretches from the seafront to the roadside. It comprises : \- a large living room opening onto the beautiful terrace facing the lagoon and the island of Moorea, \- a fully-equipped kitchen with a separate laundry area, \- a master bedroom with A/C with large en-suite bathroom and dressing room, \- a bedroom with 2 single beds, \- a large bathroom shared by the two bedrooms. In a separate unit : \- two separate bedrooms (only one with A/C) but both with celling fans, sharing the second bathroom. In the garden, a small bungalow will be the ideal place for your afternoon naps or the children's magic cabin.
