### Casa Amira - a modern house with pool

Enjoy the day at your private pool, take some time down at the beautiful beaches of San Juan de los Terreros or spend your days with excursions to the surrounding area.  
  
Cook at home.  
 Buy fresh seabass, squid, shrimps caught during the night and eraly moning, landed in Anguilas from the fish monger or go the butcher and buy the Spanish Iberian pork chops or the Galician beef.  
  
 Browse the local market for fresh fruits and vegetables, each day there is market in a town near you. In Aguila (Saturday) and in San Juan (Sunday).  
  
If you prefer to eat out, there is about 20 reaturants in San Juan de los Terreros as well as take-away.  
  
This lovely minimalistic semidetached house with pool on a cul de sac in San Juan de los Terreros could be your next holiday home.  
  
When you enter through the gate, the first thing you see is the pool and right behind the pool, the glass front of the house mirroring the pool.  
  
When entering the house, you come directly into one of the liviing areas, (with woodburner), which leads to the dining area and the open plan kitcheen.  
  
The dining table seats 6  
  
There are 2 relaxation areas, one is overlooking the pool and in the other you can relax and/or watch TV (each tv has cromecast as connection)  
  
Two bedrooms, both with a double bed,  
  
One extra room with a single bed  
  
Built-in wardrobes   
  
Bathroom with walk-in shower.  
  
There is a solarium.  
  
In the garage there is a wahing machine, tumble dryer and the electric boiler., and a seperate room with toilet and a sink.
