We killed a cockroach within the hour after arrival. Pool was covered with what appears to be a type of roof anchored on the pool itself. They advertise a “hot breakfast” when there was NO breakfast at all. I used the iron to iron my white button-down shirt, but the iron left rust stains on the shirt. It was filthy. We won’t be staying there again on our trip back to that town.
Rented multiple rooms, all non smoking. One of them had a really strong smoky smell, but when I called the front desk they said all they could do was bring us some spray. W

I'm Sorry for the the problem with your room, on that day we were very busy and we didn't have any more nonsmoking room, we only had a single room or a smoking room available ,we offered the spray because it removes any odors in rooms, but you didn't want any spray. I'm very sorry.
Continental breakfast was sparse no coffee made had to ask staff to make coffee put out fruit they seemed bothered evening staff was great room was booked by agent for smoking requested none smoking rooms were great

I'm sorry that you had to ask for coffee in the morning, and the staff was unfriendly, I'm glad the afternoon shift was helpful.
Conveniently located, quiet and clean. Absolutely no frills. Beds are hard and pillows are about as cheap as they come. Breakfast was included but a joke. Coffee was decent.
Behind the front desk there are 2 large aerial photos of the hotel property showing a glistening pool. When you actually see the property it is literally covered with a green metal roof and wooden frame laying on the ground. “There is no longer a pool”.
Steven Patel would not issue me a refund since we had to check out at 2 pm due to an injury. And simply told me to call Expedia.
And would not provide me with an invoice showing my check out time.

I'm Sorry that your stay with us was not what you expected, and i'm sorry that you didn't no that the pool was closed, it should have been on the web site. I will talk to the lady who checked you in about being rude.
Everything was good, clean, everything in order. The only thing missing was the bathtub stopper. Stuffed a rag in it and used it that way. No complaints.
Check in was available at 1 pm, waited for 30 minutes before anyone knew we were there to check in.( Door locked- no bell to ring or number to call. No one at laundry as stated.) Acted like we were an inconvience, sign advertised free continental breakfast- never was mentioned at check in. Had reservations for 2 nights paid for at check in so stayed dispite the unwelcome. Second day keys failed to work so had to have recoded- even though paid for 2 nd day at check in, inconvienced hotel staff again. But weren't too many staying( saw 3 other cars) on w/e so guess weren't expecting to do much. Will check out 2 other hotels in town, besides looks like this one is for sale.

Liked: Cleanliness
Staff barely spoke enough to get our room. Never at the desk. Room was clean but dated. Had what we needed.
called to get a ground floor room asured me a non smokin room but when in got there they said they didn't have ethier so by that time I got to Lawrenceburg allthe the motels in town where full so it just took me about 15 min. to get up room on second floor they must not know about the ada laws or just don't apply to them.
The worst customer service i have ever experienced
I was very dissapointed in the lady at the front desk she was very rude and it was very expensive for the service and not allowing any guest or she said she would call the cops and I would be kicked out.. I was in a very bad situation on that day that I had to take me and my kids and run from my very abusive relationship. I had absolutely no family in Tennessee and my mom had to get us a room online cuz she lives in Illinois otherwise we would have been on the street for the night. She almost had me in tears by the time I was checked in. I will never stay in this hotel agian
The hairdryer was a fire hazard! When my husband told the manager he said,”what did you do to it?” He replied I just plugged it in and turned it on😢. I went to get some coffee in the morning at 7:00 but the door was locked 😫. I ended up driving to a restaurant to get coffee and breakfast. They need to say they don’t do breakfast and lower their prices. We will never go back to this so called motel! Oh and if you have pets they have a limit of one and they charge $15.
Desk clerk was totally unfriendly, room was cold, heater kept shutting off and beds were terrible, stained sheets, uncomfortable.
Paid $94. that wasnt worth $50. We stayed at Comfort Inn previous night for less money and not a complaint at all. Don't stay here, sleep in your car!!!
We reserved the room for 3 nights. The beds were so nasty we could not stay there. If my money is not refunded, the pictures I took of the beds are going on facebook and the internet for everyone to see.
First we were greeted by a rude grumpy man!!! Room was sooo dirty that we had to use our own blankets!!! The carpet was sooooooo black and filthy my dogs were black after the fist day my niece socks had to be trashed!!! The pool was full of crap and don't even want to inmagen what else!!! Took my two little dogs to run around a bit and a crazy lady that looked like the attending wife didn't want them there dirtying the pool????? You ask why did we stay???? We came from Florida running from Irine there wasn't any other hotel we were stuck and they knew it!! A nightmare!! The breackfast??? A joke!!! There wasn't anything good about this he'll hole!!! Why does expedia have this place don't ask me???
The pool has been closed for 4 years. On your website it was advertised as an indoor pool. The pool had water in it that made it a mosquito breeding ground. We did not like that. Did not get a detailed receipt.
Room 122 needs the carpet cleaned, new pillows. One of our pillows looks like quest left it had the "Frozen" theme.Fresh sheets daily would be nice, Room 123 needs towels without black spots on them even the shower curtain had black on it like a pen got in the washing machine and broke. They offer free breakfast, just pass on that it's not worth the effort. THE POOL IS CLOSED. False ADVERTISING seems to be the theme for this place. NO MORE America's Best for us
I booked this motel room because they advertised an indoor pool and a hot breakfast. However, neither were true. The pool was outside and had been closed for 4 years. The breakfast was continental.
