Professionally decorated with high-end furniture and accessories and two wrap-around balconies with stunning views make this property a must see. Guests will have full access to the condo and the building amenities, with the benefit of the condo owners which include beachfront swimming pools, a fitness center and tennis courts, and wonderful low priced restaurant and massages at the spa. The building is close to the airport and secure, monitored by security 24/7. This is a brand new, fully-equipped 2 bedroom condo with beautiful views of Banderas Bay and the lush, green mountains of Vallarta. Every room has a balcony, including 2 wrap-around balconies, 3 Smart TVs and wireless internet throughout the condo. The master bedroom has a king size firm bed. Its located on a corner of the building and has 180 degrees of view. The sliding doors open up wide to the balcony and create an open feeling where the breeze flows through generously. A Smart TV is mounted on the wall to enjoy Netflix on top of the king size bed which comfortably sleeps 2 adults. Lastly, the ensuite bathroom and shower provide comfort and privacy. The guest bedroom with 2 double beds has a small balcony of its own with a view of the mountains and the new shopping mall development of La Isla, And also has one Smart TV mounted on the wall. This room is accommodated with 2 double sized beds, sleeping up to 2 people each. We can also provide on request with an small extra cost 2 individual folding mattresses where 2 kids or teen can be accommodated and a folding single bed for an additional adult guest confort. The kitchen is loaded with all the pots, pans and cooking utensils needed to cook a four course meal for your family or just to whip up a snack. In addition, a blender, coffee maker and toaster are at your service. You can sit on top of barstools at the kitchen bar or make your way to the dining table to seat up to 8 people at once. A propane BBQ is available under request for $100.00USD up to 7 days The living area features a large sectional couch and a huge Smart TV for entertainment purposes. Netflix, Youtube and Claro Video come preloaded for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer are located in the unit and are available for stays of one week or more. Wifi internet access and two flat screen televisions, one on each bedroom and one in the living area for your enjoyment. THE DEVELOPMENT. This high-end property is private for owners and renters. The entrances are gated and security is on-site 24/7\. There are four pools to choose from including two large beachfront, infinity pools with exquisite views of downtown Puerto Vallarta, boating and beach activities. Underground parking spaces are included in addition to an exercise center, tennis courts and game room for your enjoyment. The vacation complex is 10 minutes from the airport by taxi, and 10 minutes by bus ($0.60 US) to downtown. The grounds are meticulously manicured, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Cabs are readily available and the bus stops right in front of the property. Grocery stores (Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, Costco, Soriana), restaurants, Starbucks, cinema (movies in English with Spanish sub-titles) and many other conveniences are within walking distance. Right across the street are fine dining options such as La Dolce Vita, La Vaca Argentina and La Madalena amongst others. Along the beach it's a 45 minute walk to the city center. The vacation complex is one of the few condo developments located within the busy and vibrant hotel zone. Gorgeous views of the ocean, mountains, and sunset from inside the condo. Guests will have full access to the two bedroom condo and all of the building amenities. I or one of my associates will meet you at the Complex lobby to check you in and familiarize yourself with the condos and building grounds. The vacation complex is located in the "Hotel Zone" or "Zona Hotelera" and is the center point of Puerto Vallarta, in-between Marina Vallarta and El Centro (downtown). There are several delicious restaurants, nightclubs and grocery stores within walking distance and you are also a short bus or taxi ride away from the bustling streets of downtown or a tranquil walk in the Marina. Walk Score 95: Walker's Paradise (walkscore.com) Buses stop right outside the development and taxis can be ordered from the lobby to pick you up inside the grounds. I would recommend not renting a car and instead relying on the affordable transportation options that are nearby. La Isla, Vallarta's newest and most high-end shopping center complete with restaurants, name brand stores and a movie theater are already open is just steps away from the vacation complex. This unit is at 9th floor, so children supervision is required There is a beach club nearby closing 9.00 pm mostly at weekend days, a noisy public access to the beach street and while most guests are not bothered by the occasional noise, it should be noted. The view was fantastic and just a walk by one of the 4 pools to get to the beach. The restaurant served great food and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. There were other restaurants and markets within walking distance and it was a 15 minute Uber ride to Old Town Puerto Vallarta and the boardwalk. Pools were glorious, drinks were strong and all the staff were wonderful. Main bedroom bed is a tad stiff and not the most comfortable bed. The electricity allowance was a little strange to us and was not in the listing. Check in was easy but took us a whileTo figure out which tower we needed to go to. We were told someone would greet us and show us to the condo but we were left to figure it out on our own. The manager and owner were very responsive to any questions or concerns so we are thankful for that. We would definitely stay here again though. The place was as it was shown on VRBO. Accommodations were as stated. A couple things we experienced was the A/C not working when we arrived but was repaired as soon as we reported it which was awesome and couldn’t get the safe to work which wasn’t the end of the world. The property manager and the host were easy to contact which was nice. Was quiet at night to sleep and the beds were okay. My sons and I stayed at this property and we could not have been happier! Very spacious condo on the 9th floor. Wonderful decks off both bedrooms and living area with sliders that slide all the way open! We left them open 24/7 for the wonderful ocean breezes! Great views, and nice amenities. My son used the large gym. We enjoyed the pools and restaurant. Conveniently located right next to La Isla Mall which has a movie theater, food and good shopping! The city bus stop is just outside the complex, and easy to get to the center of town! The Food Park across the street was good for a quick and delicious dinner. The condo is spacious and clean. There were a couple of minor things that need replacing but nothing major. There were a couple of bars that were pretty noisy but they shut things down around 11\. We preferred to keep the doors open all night (there was a lovely breeze) but if you close everything up and turn on the A/C it was very muted. Stayed in Old Town last time and preferred its proximity to shops, markets and restaurants.. we still did a lot walking but it’s not as nice when it’s amongst all the traffic. The views were great. The property manager Sergio was very attentive. You could walk to grocery stores or restaurants. Costco was a 20-minute walk. Felt very safe with building security and in the neighborhood.Negatives-The party place across the way facing the balcony had music blaring until midnight on Friday and Saturday night and until 11 on Sunday. Even with the doors closed it was still very loud. Although we did not cook in the unit, we wanted to warm something up. There were only 2 pans and a lid that didn't fit either pan. The double bed bedroom was really small. No dresser and you couldn't open the closet doors all the way as they would hit the bed. The welcome sheet needed to be updated to include how the safe works. The code given in the sheet was not complete. a or b needed to be added and also add you need to turn the knob to lock. The instructions for entering the unit needs to be updated also. Once the code is entered you need to hit the letters underneath for door to unlock. Luckily Sergio helped us with these.All in all we had a great time, however unfortunately we would probably not stay there again. ##### Lynda R.
