Finished to a high standard, this condo offers everything a holiday goer must have! Being on the Fifth floor this condo offers views of the beach, mountains and streets around the condo. An excellent array of windows ensuring adequate ventilation and splendid views! This condo facilitates luxurious sort after life style to the discerning holiday tourist! The unit itself features fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, marble sink and shower with tempered glass, 1 full bathroom, washer and dryer. Comfortable living area with Apple TV and wireless internet. A short stone's throw distance from the beach, amides secluded restaurants, bars as well as the more popular vibrant community. There is a plethora of markets stalls, fashionable boutiques for all tastes, corner shops to meet catering needs you may have as well as cosmetic and pharmaceuticals products of all types! An allocated parking place is available beneath the building. there is a network of buses that run regularly throughout the entire bay district! Common areas include a rooftop terrace with heated pool, jacuzzi, gym and BBQ, a perfect space to relax and take the sun. This reservation has a Firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date. A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request. Our house rules: no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. \- Guests shall comply with the rules and regulations of the Premises. This unit, however, has the best view of them all. The location is perfect, easy walking to everywhere in the Zona Romantica. However, there were several things within the unit I was disappointed with. First, the coffeemaker that is in the unit is a very small 4 cup. Not very efficient for people who intent to have breakfast in the unit and want to have a large pot of coffee. If i was the owner/property manager, I would replace it with a larger, 10-12 cup model. Secondly, there were lights burned out in several areas, in the abmient ceiling lights in the bathroom and living room, as well as the bedroom. Other things noticed, the curtain pull-bar was torn off from the curtains in the bedroom, there were random other things that seemed off, like pictures on the wall askew and things like that. I wouldn't necessarily be so picky, but I've stayed in units in this building that cost less that were better maintained and appointed, so I suppose there was a bit of a higher expectation. I understand that its hard to maintain vacation rentals from afar, but I think the management company might want to do a thorough walk through and see how they can improve the user/traveller's experience Stayed 4 nights in Apr 2019 This review comes from a trusted partner site and has not been verified. ### 4/10 Poor 30 Nov 2018 #### Solid unit. It is centrally located in the Los Muertos area, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. The unit is very comfortable and well appointed for all of your needs. The wrap-around balcony gives you amazing views of the beach and the mountains. The PV Concierge service that helps service the unit for checkin and any other needs you have while you are there is top-notch...very friendly and accommodating. I visit PV a couple times per year and will make this my regular place. ---
