Finally the other problem the air conditioner in the living room didn't work and they did not want to fix it so very hot and uncomfortable in that room fortunately the 2 bedrooms had air and we slept fine. The backyard was fabulous and perfect for slow mornings in the sun with coffee. We didn't use the grill, but I imagine that would need to be replaced if so. The house was clean and tidy and plenty spacious. It was a short walk, maybe 10 minutes to town, but probably about 15-20 to the beach. We used bikes and it was perfect for us. Easy 5min walk into the centre of town but far enough away to be nice and quiet. The garden is awesome with a nice lawn and big palms for shade.
