Any type of noise beyond what is considered reasonable is not permitted in the apartments or the common areas. All residents, guests, or renters have the right to enjoy a tranquil environment. \- Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please use cans or plastic cups and containers for beverages. \- Only music players with personal headphones are allowed in the pool area, boom boxes or amplified music is not allowed. \- Do not hang clothes, towels, or bathing suits on the glass rails of your balcony or balcony furniture. \- Please wipe down the equipment with the spray and paper towels provided in the gym. This property is as nice as the pictures look. The rooftop pool is great, deck chairs and space to hang out becomes a problem when it’s busy. As far as the property and the location it’s great. However we are hesitant to stay here again because of the check in staff. NO dressers or drawers for your clothes. Lots of hanging space but its a beach vacation. You wear mostly shorts and t-shirts. There's no need to dress. Kitchen is new a very nice but not outfitted to actually cook. Units have max 2 security cards to enter building or get to pool. Many units accomodate more than 2 people. Unless you travel in a pack it's hard to manage. Management is on site and very responsive. Cleaners do surface cleaning only. ##### Larry S.
