High-speed WiFi and air conditioning are included for a comfortable stay. 💡 Perfect for couples, solo travelers, or digital nomads looking for a stylish and colorful stay in Puerto Vallarta’s most sought-after neighborhood. 🛎️ Guest access Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas in the following schedules: \- An open rooftop from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday. \- A gym open from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. \- A rooftop bar - open from Thursday to Monday, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., weather permitting. \- The pool is closed on Wednesdays until 3 pm for maintenance reasons. 📝 Other things to note \- Access wristbands will be provided at check-in and must be worn while using the common areas during your stay. \- You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. \- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. \- Renters must be at least 25 years old. \- Smoking is NOT allowed within the individual units or balconies nor any of the common areas or amenity spaces including the rooftop. \- There is a $300-pesos fee to use the rooftop grill. \- Please be aware that there is ongoing construction on the ground floor of this building, which may result in moderate noise during working hours. \- There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Tuesdays for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them. Great central location with so much in walking distance, but also very easy to catch a cab right outside of the building! The condo has a view of the city and the ocean, and the view gets even better from the rooftop pool!
