The view from the Terrace and the sunsets are absolutely spectacular. The condo is located in the trendy and Gay Friendly Zona Romantica overlooking the beach The area is famous for its spectacular beaches, restaurants, bars, cabarets, theaters, galleries, jewelry, art galore, retail shops and much more. If you want a vacation that combines beaches (Clubs and restaurants) with a wide range of daytime and nightlife activities of all kinds, like people, our area is right for you....and yes, everywhere in the zona is walkable... For the beach, just turn left out of reception and walk straight down Amapas. Take the elevator to the 4th floor and follow a a landscaped sloping walkway past the pool to the Beach Street exit. Most of the beaches and restaurants are situated to the right as you exit the complex. For downtown Zona Romantica, just turn left out of reception on the 8th floor and walk for 4 minutes straight down Amapas and turn right to all the activities. Not surprisingly, there has been a lot of construction happening with many new condo buildings (7 currently) going up in the downtown Zona Romantica area. At present, there is no construction in the residential Playa de Los Muertos area where my condo is situated. If you are concerned about any construction noise in the area during the time of your stay, please feel free to reach out for additional information. As for our very popular Los Muertos Beach which my 10th floor condo overlooks, you will hear music playing during the day and in the two rooftop bars at night. Very comfy bed, pillows and couch. I did feel guilty having to run (waste) the water for sometime to get hot, not condo owners fault. The night club music didn’t bother me, i enjoyed it. The music wasn’t every night and was quiet by 10:30\. Being a pool person I was thrilled it was never busy and lots of loungers available. I did Uber lots as my knees did not like the hills. Beautiful view! Lobby staff is awesome. Sergio (probably spelt wrong) is the best! ##### Janet P. Beatrix was very helpful if we required anything. The condo was well stocked with pots, dishes,cooking utensils and such. The view was fabulous. Some music from the hotel next door but it never bothered us. Usually the music was pretty good and we enjoyed listening to it from our terrace. Would not hesitate to stay here again and we would have booked for next year but part of the time was already reserved! ##### janet S. I have to say this was the best place we could have imagined as far as the condo is concerned. Plenty of kitchen items, mini splits kept the place comfortable. an elevator was helpful, the pool was more that I expected. Being at the end of the road kept late night auto noise to almost zero. I wish I could say that about the clubs out on the beach. It seemed like the restaurant on the beach in front of us was competing with the hotel to the left. oh well, the listing explained what to expect, so not a suprise at all. I would stay here again if we return. The property manager was very responsive. You should stay here! ##### john b. The pool was also really good and the ocean is literally a block away. You have to go uphill to get to the condo but you have a great ocean view once you get there. As others have stated, it can get quite noisy during the day. It was Bear week the first week we were there and there were beach clubs and hotels blaring music for most of the day but it did stop at a reasonable hour. The second week was definitely not as loud. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. ##### Joe M. They made sure there was plenty of toilet paper, dove shampoo and bottle of wine. Very nice veiw and just steps from the beach. They cleaned the unit part way through the stay smelled fantastic. Electricity went out for part of the day property manager offered to let us put out stuff in a different unit to keep it cold. We walked most places and felt safe. The unit is located on a hill so for people who have a hard time climbing up hill maybe a challange for you. However it was a great workout for us. The air-conditioner kept up well with the very warm weather. Would definitely stay here again. ##### Eunnie K. The unit was as advertised and was perfect for us. We really only used the kitchen for breakfast, otherwise we walked or taxied to the great restaurants that PV has to offer. The local people are great and very accommodating. The view from the patio is amazing and really quite mesmerizing. The local facility staff as well as, Beatriz the property manager was very helpful. As other have mentioned, the unit is in close proximity to a couple of rooftop bars that get loud. However, that only last until about 10 PM, and closing the patio door make help a lot. Be prepared to walk up and down the hill on Amapas street. For us that was fine as we looked forward to getting our steps in each day. We would stay here again for sure. ##### Eric and Allison T. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was spotless. We were aware of the cobblestone streets and the hill to climb but didn’t realize the climb was as tough as it was as we are seniors and have some mobility issues. The pool was fantastic.
