It has a very nice view with a very nice and quiet swimming pool and hot tub at the roof top. The only thing that was not ideal was the water temperature, it is very hard to control, you have to wait for a long time for running the hot water. I have been using cold water for the whole shower because I was waiting for hot water to run for the whole time.
